Leica Noctilux-M 1.2/50mm Version II built in 1967 with lens hood in technically and optically good condition with small normal signs of wear.
A legendary lens known for its outstanding aperture and image quality. The Noctilux lens was first introduced by Leica in 1966 and the 1967 model is an early version of this iconic lens and very few still exist. It has a maximum aperture of f/1.2, making it one of the fastest lenses for 35mm cameras. The lens is valued by photographers for its ability to deliver exceptionally clear and sharp images even in low light.
The Noctilux lens delivers razor-sharp and detailed images with excellent contrast and color reproduction. Even when the aperture is fully open, sharpness is maintained in the center of the image while edge darkening and chromatic aberrations are kept to a minimum.
