The camera was introduced to mark the millennium change and to celebrate 75 years of Leica cameras (1925 / 2000).
The initial serial is 2500000 and each camera has on the flash shoe the numerical indication from 1 to 2000 according to the serial produced.
This kit is included with 50mm Summilux Black Paint.
