Leica III Mod. F outfit 'Erich Andres'
This item is sold with margin scheme taxation. Included VAT will not be stated on the invoice.
Leica Model III, owned and used by the famous German photographer Erich Andres. The camera has been delivered to Berlin on 09.04.1931 and shows significant signs of years of professional use. The hard life of this Leica in the hands of a professional photographer can also be confirmed by numerous visits in Leitz workshop (where it has been converted to Model III on 15.03.1935). On careful inspection, the name and address of Mr. Andres can still be seen scrawled on the base plate. It comes with an unnumbered Hektor 2.5/5cm and Elmar 4.5/13.5cm no.176377.
Included are also three vintage silver gelatine prints from the estate of the photographer, showing Andres using exactly this camera.
