Summicron R 50mm v1 (11218) in its original blister pack, with lens hood and hood cap. The lens hood cap has a small crack on the front which does not affect its function. The lens is in good condition, with the paintwork intact and hardly any wear. The aperture blades are oil-free; there is very slight internal dirt which has no impact on the final photograph; the focus ring is smooth and operates without any sticking.
