The Leica M7, introduced in 2002, is a 35mm rangefinder camera that combines the classic M-series design with modern features, including aperture-priority auto exposure and an electronically controlled shutter, while still allowing full manual operation, making it a unique hybrid of tradition and innovation.
This example is a rare to see Japanese Market value indicated with the classic 3 line script engravings on the top plate. It is in absolute top condition with almost no signs of use, only tiny marks visible on the base plate in certain lights, and tiny dust specks under the front rangefinder glass, which does not affect performance in anyway and cannot be seen in use. Leica Germany recently serviced this camera and supplied it with the upgraded viewfinder and new DX code reader along with a 2 year warranty certificate. Includes body cap only.
