Very rare rigid Summar in beautiful, near mint condition, interesting optics with an early blueish coating, showing some haze on the front element, including Bakelite front cap and rare red maker's box, delivered to Cattaneo (Italy) on 13.10.1933, according to the delivery records less than 2000 Summar rigid lenses have been made, starting from 1934 Leitz also offered a conversion from the rigid mount to collapsible, which makes the already uncommon lens very rare nowadays!
