The Leica Fisheye-Elmarit-R 16 mm f/2.8 is an extreme wide-angle lens with the typical barrel-shaped image effect of a fish eye. The optical construction comprises 9 lenses in 7 groups. It covers a diagonal angle of view of a full 180 degrees. This makes it possible to achieve very unusual perspectives in which straight lines are strongly curved towards the edge of the image. As with many extreme wide-angle lenses from Leica, the filters are permanently integrated into the lens. Four different filters (yellow, orange, red and a UV protection filter) can be switched directly behind the rear lens using a built-in filter turret. The lens also has ROM contacts. The ROM chip transmits digital information from the lens to the camera. This includes the focal length, speed and vignetting correction. It is in good condition. Incl. 1 year warranty and quiver.
