The Leica EVF 2 is an electronic clip-on viewfinder for compatible Leica digital cameras. It has a resolution of around 1.4 million pixels and allows for precise control of the frame, focus and exposure settings. The viewfinder can be tilted upwards by up to 90 degrees, thereby facilitating shots from low angles and allowing for flexible composition. An integrated dioptre correction enables adjustment to suit individual eyesight.
The Leica EVF 2 is compatible with, amongst others, the Leica M (Type 240), M‑P (Type 240), X2 and X Vario. It connects to the camera via the accessory shoe and the electronic interface beneath it.
Condition:
B/A – well-maintained to very good condition with slight signs of wear. The small plastic tab on the housing, which secures the viewfinder in the folded position, has broken off. This type of age-related damage is common in second-hand EVF-2 viewfinders. The viewfinder can still be used, but is no longer held in place by this tab when folded down.
