The Leica I Mod. A (also known as the Leica I with a fixed lens or Leica IA) is the world’s first mass-produced 35mm camera and is regarded as a milestone that laid the foundations for modern photography. It was developed by Oskar Barnack and officially unveiled by Ernst Leitz in Wetzlar in 1925 at the Leipzig Spring Fair.
The camera is fully functional. The viewfinder is clear and free from mould, cloudiness, dirt and scratches. The shutter speeds also work perfectly.
Furthermore, you receive a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on our second-hand products.
The Leica has been fully inspected by our specialist staff at the Leica Store Stuttgart.
