The Leica M Multifunction Handgrip, item number 14495, is a versatile genuine accessory for selected Leica M digital cameras. It improves ergonomics and ensures a secure and comfortable grip, particularly when using larger or heavier lenses.
The grip features an integrated GPS module for storing location data within the image files. It also offers connections for USB, an optional external power supply and the ability to operate a flash unit via a separately available SCA adapter. The multifunctional handgrip is compatible with the Leica M (Type 240), Leica M‑P (Type 240) and Leica M Monochrom (Type 246).
The supplied Leica finger strap in size M attaches directly to the grip and provides additional stability and security. This makes the camera more comfortable to hold and allows for one-handed operation if required.
