Product information "Leica M2 NY Motor M (10016)"
Leica M2 silver with New York Motor. This model is exceptionally rare, in the mid 60's Leica M2 were modified to be compatible with this engine designed by Norman Goldberg. Marks on the top cover, paint marks on the plate edge and light vulcanite flaking, grip in good condition. The body is in very good condition, mechanically complete and functional, with calibrated gears and rangefinder, plus contacts in good condition. The engine is only for collection as the unit is not functional.
